Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for adults and an adult, US-standard audience. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older. No minors are permitted to register or post.

Anyone may read public content for free. To comment or to start a new topic you must hold an active paid subscription. There is no free trial; payment is required up front.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Recurring plans (weekly, monthly, annual) renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment. You can manage or cancel a recurring plan at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account.

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable, including where an account is suspended or banned for any reason. Cancelling a recurring plan stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

The Service is a neutral platform for user expression. Opinions and content posted by users are their own. We are not responsible or liable for any content posted by users and do not endorse it. You are solely responsible for content you submit.

Automated systems (including Anthropic Claude or other AI models) and our team may remove, hide, or edit any content at any time, automatically, without notice and without explanation.

We may suspend or permanently ban any user at any time, with or without cause, even if they have paid, with no refund obligation. Banned users lose the ability to post immediately.

You agree not to submit any of the following, which are prohibited and screened before publishing:

Illegal or otherwise unlawful content under United States law (the floor) or any applicable law.

Tendentious or deliberately misleading content designed to manipulate or distort.

Sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind.

Hidden advertising or solicitation — covert ads, affiliate or spam links, or any attempt to attract customers for any product or service.

Xenophobic content.

Racist content.

Content meant to humiliate or demean a social group or category, or any individual person.

Violence — physical violence, or threats or violence of any other nature.

Any reference to children in a harmful or sexual context, and any content depicting or promoting acts against children or against women. Zero tolerance — immediate removal.

Doxxing, IP infringement, malware, or anything else that fails to keep a decent, safe community.

We respect intellectual property rights. To submit a copyright or IP takedown notice, contact liviu.dumitrascu@gmail.com with the details required by the DMCA. Repeat infringers may be banned.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

To the extent permitted, disputes are resolved on an individual basis and you waive participation in class actions. The operator is established in Romania; mandatory consumer-protection and EU/GDPR rights remain unaffected where they apply to you.

We may modify these Terms or terminate accounts at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
