This Privacy Policy explains how PLAY PLAY CARDS SRL (CUI 54439120, Reg. J2026023005004, Str. Drumul Pescarilor, nr. 16 A, Olimp, Constanța, 905503, Romania) processes personal data when you use Debatika. We are the data controller.
Data we collect
Account data from your chosen sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or Facebook): typically your display name and avatar, and an identifier. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers. Usage data: the content you post, engagement, and basic technical/log data.
How we use it
To operate the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, enforce quotas and our content policy, send the daily reply digest (if enabled), and keep the Service safe and legal.
Third parties
We rely on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), Google/Apple/Facebook (sign-in), Resend (email), and analytics providers. Each processes data under its own terms.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing (including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR-style rights). To exercise them, or to request deletion, email liviu.dumitrascu@gmail.com from your account address.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
